Caregiving Network is Here to Give Advice
An Caregiving Network member submitted this question:”My mom is in late-stage Alzheimer’s and has become unable to stand or walk, her hearing is poor, she has Macular Degeneration and is almost blind. She suffers from osteoarthritis, as anyone in their 90’s usually does. What would you suggest we can do to make her feel as comfortable as possible? She knows she is declining rapidly and becomes afraid. I know this is a tough subject to give advice, but all your thoughts are helpful.”
