My friend had extreme arthritis in her hands like a 90-year-old woman with Parkinson's. We purchased a hot wax machine, gloves, and mitts. She dipped her hands in the wax, put on the gloves and mitts, and allowed the warmth to give her relief over a period of 30 minutes, twice daily. It did wonders.
