Hello everyone! My name is Rebekah and I live and work in central Georgia. I have worked at a skilled-care nursing facility for the last 9+ years and have seen first hand how much of an impact COVID-19 has had on our resident population. Learning to deal with the isolation that has resulted from COVID-19 has been a challenge but we have developed some strategies to help the residents overcome certain challenges. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding COVID-19 and I would be more than happy to help you in any way that I can.
Ever since Covid first hit the scene I've been helping my friends and family stay mentally and physically in tuned by way of walking! Walking is a great way to clear your mind while also getting a workout out of it.
Self-isolation is something that can be either very hard or easy depending on the person. Many of my friends that have had difficulty being isolated because of their home environment or even their mental health. I can offer help and tactics that could possibly make it easier to spend time with yourself.
I had just gotten out of a 'Self-Isolation' period as of February 26, 2021. I understand the struggles and loneliness that came with it, and don't be afraid to reach out if you want to share experiences!

Since this virus has run rampant, i haven't been able to keep up with my fitness like i use to. Trying to work out at home is not as exciting for me as being in a gym but being in a gym puts me at risk.
