Alcoholism runs in my family. It can be hard to navigate caring for them when there is still anger built up from over the years. It is important to know that at some point they no longer had control over there actions and needed help.

I have live 15 years with my father and I have gone through a lot with his addiction to drinking. I have taken care of him a lot.
